Hi,
I created a Service Desk Project and set the Customer permission as below screenshot "Customers my team adds to the project" and the "Browse Project Permission" as "Service Desk Customer - Portal Access".
Our invited customers reached out to our portal but didn't see the service desk project. When I created an issue in the project, the customers saw the service desk project.
Is this a bug or intensional practise?
The users need to be in the Service Desk Customers Project Role under Users and Roles in Project Settings.
Is it mandatory? I think no. Because when I created an issue in my project, the customers saw the project. Also, I didn't add to "Users and Roles"

We cleared the test issues before our launch but customers couldnt access to the portal. When they tried to access they had the problem above. After we created a test issue they were able to see the portal again.
