Is is possible to restrict AD Groups from group picker field?

Hi everyone,

We first assign an issue to related custom group. Then, users in this group assign it to themselves. But, when a user thinks it is not related with their job, s/he change the group to another. While doing it, Jira shows not only custom user groups but also all of the active directory groups.

Can we restrict AD groups from group picker?
