Is it just me that is having difficulties with Microsoft Teams integration?

I saw in one of my Microsoft Teams channels that somebody has posted a new support request for my company’s helpdesk team. I generally get notified, as being part of the helpdesk, when a new request comes in, yet I haven’t received any within the past few weeks. I’ve checked the system status page, and everything is operational. Just wondering if I could be lead in the right direction. Thanks.
