Is it ok to use JSMobile - Service Management Portal for our end user to raise a ticket?

There is no problem with using an app for customers to use the portal. I just suggest checking the comments and confirm if it’s a good option for your customers.
Instead of the app, they can also access the portal using the mobile browser.
Note that, the app is not developed by Atlassian, so in case they face any issue, it will be necessary to contact their support.
