I have a custom text field and I want to add a tick mark option. The scenario is like this: whenever a value is entered in the text field and we choose this ticket mark, it should send notifications. I know we can achieve this by creating one more checkbox field and automation. But I don't want to create any additional fields. Is it possible to customize the text custom field?

No, this is not possible. You would need to create a separate field or you can create an automation based on adding a Label or Component value.

Is there a way to add a link? So, when we click on that link, a pop-up page should open and there we can add our required details and subject. And we need to click on send, then it should send notifications to the respective users.
Is this something we can customize?? Please suggest
