Is it possible to block the calendar days?

We are currently trying to implement the vacation system in the portals and we are curious to know if we can directly block some calendar days such as holidays, non-working days, etc.

Sure that's possible, see Set up SLA calendars for more info.

You can set business hours, holidays, non-working days etc that pause the SLA.
