Is it possible to edit the customer portal layout?

Hi all.

New to JSD and trying to brand our help centre.

I came across this article: https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskcloud/best-practices-for-designing-the-customer-portal-732529000.html

Under the "Brand your help center" section, the screenshot they have show a 'card layout' under the search bar. Is it possible to have this layout as well?

Hi @Gil!

The new HelpCenter "card layout" is brand new and only available in the Cloud JSD version.  If you're running the Server or DC versions, that layout is not yet available.

I use the cloud version but couldn't figure out how to use the card layout.
