Can I make my own set of custom default queues and apply it to all of my 50 or so projects? Is this possible? Or will we have to go into each separate project and make our own set of queues? Can we delete some default queues like SLA's as my company has no need to track it. Thank you.

When creating a Service Desk project, the queues will be added according to the selected template. Currently, the queues created for a project, cannot be shared or added to other projects.
