In Work Management projects there is a "calendar view" after Summary, Board and List. Service Management only has queues. Is there a way to view all tickets via calendar view?
Hi @Ashley Leger , that view does not exist in JSM. There is a similar function if you are using ITSM template for "change requests". There is also the ability to leverage the Calendar dashboard gadget to illustrate issue creation within a calendar.
