Is it possible to view General and Contact tab information in one screen in issue view?

Our issue view shows General information, then you must click the tab Contact to view the Contact information. We would like to see all of this information at one time in the issue view. Has anyone been able to do this?

I have spent a lot of time trying to do the same thing. I am pretty confident at this time it is not possible. Hopefully someone can prove me wrong :)
