Is it possible to work without a Resolution field in Jira Service Management?

In Jira we don't use the resolution field. So when we change the status, we don't have to fill in an extra field. But when I look at the created vs resolved;

I have a resolved issues of 0.

I want to have this value up when I put the issues in status Closed. How can I fix this?

Hi,

This report is based on the resolution field. So until an issue is not fill with a value the issue will not count as resolved.

So you need to add this field to your screen and just fill it when you close the issue.

Thank you. I thought maybe our status Closed in the workflow is not set as Resolved status but this makes sense. Thanks!
