Is my billing going to increase after I add users with an identity provider?

I want to add more users to my jira service management by integrating with my google workspace. I want to know if my billing will change after I merge with google and the number of users increase

Hi @Desmond Techie ,

Your license depends on the number of users who can access your JSM and not customer portal.
i.e. When a Jira administrator adds a new agent to the project, the agent is also assigned a Jira Service Management license.

However you can add as many customers as you want.
