Is there a portal for end users to log in to check status of their ticket? At the moment I see that only way for them is track their ticket is through the automated emails that are sent to the end user everytime it gets updated.
Of course, if you have Jira Service Desk, your customer can folow the View Request link in the notification email and log into the customer portal. Your Jira project is linked to the customer portal.
