Is there a possibility to map custom field and value to work management project from a SM project using automation for cloned issue.

It should be possible - how to do it though will depend on the how the Custom Fields are configured between the two Projects.

You might be able to use:

• COPY: when setting field values in your Clone Issue Action - some fields have breadcrumbs (3-dots icon) next to them. From here you can select to "copy" field data from another Issue (eg. if the Trigger Issue is the JSM Ticket, choose this).
