Situation: I have a process in our own software that might error if certain criteria is not met and then requires employees to manually review and take action. I'm planning on having those errors flow to a report that can be saved as a CSV file with the correct formatting to be able to import into Jira Service Management and become tickets for the employees to work off of.
Question: I know I can do this by manually uploading the CSV but is there a way to have Jira Service Management pull the file at scheduled times or something automatically utilizing an API Call, FTP File, or some other technology I'm missing?
