Is there a way to add a workflow or create a workflow for a team-managed project in JIRA Service Project?

Hello @Jennifer Ramey 

You cannot make a workflow from scratch and add it to the project, but you can modify a workflow that is already associated with an issue type in the project.

Navigate to Project Settings > Request Types. Click on one of the Request Types where you would like to modify the Workflow.

Click on the Edit Workflow button. Make changes to the workflow.

Click the Update Workflow button.

You will be prompted to select which Request Types you want the changes applied to.

Hello Jennifer,

For a Team Managed project you can't copy a workflow.

Perhaps I'm not understanding your questions. Can you provide more information about what you are trying to accomplish?
