We have Jira Cloud and when I open an existing Service Desk request I can add organization to Shared with field.
Is there a way to add Shared with field on New request portal screen?
The Shared with field appears on all new request portal screens automatically, but is only seen when viewing the Request via the Customer Portal. Basically create the Request Type you want and when the fields are added (e.g. summary, Description, Attachment etc.) and saved, when visited via the the Customer Portal Request Menu, you'll see the Shared with field at the bottom.

I got it. It is invisible on request portal screen unless I select customer in
Raise this request on behalf of*
field.
However after that I can only select Organization in which the customer is in. I cannot select other organization.

Correct, although if that customer (user) exists in multiple organisations then it is possible to select another share with (org).
Take for example a user at IKEA HR division, might also exist in IKEA ACCOUNTS division.

I accept this as a workaround, but for me this is not logical. In my case from time to time Customer support engineers needs to share requests with Accounting department. Your solution means that I will need to add all support engineers to Accounting organization.
From my point of view it would be more logical to allow to share with all Organizations, not only with Organization that the customer belongs to.

Wouldn't adding
to the page in the portal accomplish the same thing?

Hi guys,
Is there a way to add share with option while the customer is filling the information regarding the issue he is creating? Let's say: The customer fills the request and before pressing submit decides with which other customer/organisation will the issue shared.
Thanks in advance!
