Hi all, is there any method my all service desk project work as a one custom rule?

@Muhammet Ayal, im sorry but I’m unsure if I understand the question here. Are you asking if you can construct an automation rule that is shared between projects? If so, no that is not possible. Maybe an app add-on would give you this ability but unsure.
