For us to work efficiently and effectively, we are looking for automating some of the processes. One is the creation of the Post Incident Reviews which contain a lot of data which are mostly coming from the Incident Ticket. Since it is time consuming to manually copy the data from the Incident Ticket to the Post Incident Review template, we want to know if there is a way to automate the extraction and copy to the template already.
The same concept will also apply to creation of Known Error records and Post Implementation Review.
Hope someone can give us some recommendations on how we can do these faster.
