Hi!
Is there a way to change the visibility of a comment after it has been posted by the user? In Jira Service Desk, in the standard comment form, it is not possible to select the visibility of the comment. But, these settings are supported anyway (see example)
Is it possible to change the visibility of a comment after posting this comment using applications or scripts, etc? Looks like a change in visibility under the hood.
Hi @Tony Montana ,
Unfortunately JIRA Service Desk does not have the functionality to restrict comments per project roles or groups, but only "internal comments" or "Share with customer".
There is already a suggestion request to enable this option for Jira service desk. Vote and watch for the updates
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-829
Please note: This option is only available in jira software. Details in https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/add-restricted-comments-on-jira-962353957.html
@Rilwan Ahmed I found way via SIL PowerScript .

The feature is not available in JSM out of the box.
