Is there a way to customize when the satisfaction survey is sent?

Our customers are our clients and so we primarily interact with the same people from each client.  We do not want to send out a survey every time a ticket is resolved but we would like to send one out once a week, month, or quarter.  Is there a way to choose when to issue a survey to a customer or set of customers?

Yes, it is possible to choose when to issue a survey to a customer or set of customers. Project administrators can turn customer feedback on or off for a service project and can also edit the survey question. The service project sends customers a quick survey when their request is resolved, but the frequency of sending surveys can be controlled by the project administrators.
