Dear Community!
How do you think, is it possible to download all attachments from portal request as a customer?
For example, you have 30 attachments, and you need to download it all. If you have a JSM license - ok, you can just press "download all" button and here we go.
But for customer you have to scroll through the whole history and find all attachments and only then download it manually.
