you can perhaps use `withinCalendarHours()` function here? https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/advanced-search-reference-jql-functions/#Advancedsearchingfunctionsreference-withincalendarhourswithinCalendarHours--
Bear in mind that the function is bound to an SLA field, so the SLA field needs to exist on the issue for which the automation is running. Currently, there is no way to delay or schedule sending the email at the moment, so the events that happen outside of the calendar hours will not be sent at all in this configuration.
