I need add some fields to the issue view of the customer, after the customer create an issue, is it this possible? they want to see the responsable and the priority, any idea?

You might check out the market place app Extension for JSD. Depending on the fields you want on the customer view, this may work for you:

Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to be an option at the moment. There is a request to add this feature to Jira Service Desk Cloud.
