The requirement is to hide the email ids which are a part of request participants and to process the ticket with the reporter.
The reporter should not recieve/know who are all involved in the request participants list.
Basically, does jira work on Bcc mode?

You can alter the notifications, so that the reporter does not see who the notification is shared with (see: https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskserver/managing-service-desk-notifications-939926348.html#:~:text=agents%2C%20and%20admins.-,Edit%20customer%20notifications,Edit%20under%20the%20Action%20column.)
Unfortunately you cannot edit the portal to hide this information.
It is also worth noting that any response sent by a request participant will be shared with the reporter.
