On the change calendar of JSM premium, you can create "freeze windows", defined periods of time when changes are recommended not to be made. If you create a change whose estimated time overlaps with a freeze window, a warning appears on the issue.
However, I have not found a way to specify which system the freeze window refers to. Systems can have different periods of inoperability. One service might be down one week and not another. Yet, whenever a freeze window is created, any change, regardless of which system it refers to, receives the warning that it overlaps with the freeze window.
This creates confusion and renders the whole thing basically useless, since you can't accurately tell when you can or can't make changes on a system.
The only workaround I've found is specifying the system's name on the name of the freeze window, but this is only a band-aid, as the warning appears on any issue anyway, creating confusion.
Is there a way, either natively or via an add-on (this SHOULD be a native functionality, but anyway) to associate frezze windwos with one specific system?
