Issue history in portal disappeared after trouble with upgrade

I had some trouble with an upgrade from 4,2,2 JSD to 4,21 JSM.
Had to restore snapshot but forgot the sql backup so i got some weird stuff, disabled apps, wrong database build etc. 

Almost fixed everthin but after all users active issues and issue history disapeared in the portal, they still exist in the system but not visible.

If i type a message internally or regular the issue shows up again.

and If i update status or make a transition the also return to the portal.

Any ideas?

Hi @Martin Svensson

 

As per your description, it seems an index issue. Have you tried running a Full Re-indexing?
