Issue level security on a JSM project - assignee in a group can see only assigned tickets

can I set issue level security on a JSM project so that the assignee who is the member of a group can only see tickets they are assigned to?

Hi @StephanieC - To accomplish something like this, you would need a security level for each assignee.  Then you would configure a rule like this:

• TRIGGER: Field Value Changed (Assignee)
• IF CONDITION
  • Assignee = Assignee1
  • ACTION: Edit Issue (Security Level)
    • Assignee1 Security Level
• ELSE CONDITION
  • Assignee = Assignee2
  • ACTION: Edit Issue (Security Level)
    • Assignee2 Security Level
• Repeat as necessary for your team

Just make sure your automation actor is a member of each security level.  😉
