Issue using the Virtual Service Agent the CSAT option only displays the rating 5-very good.

I am setting up the Virtual Agent for our users to use with our knowledge center. After they have had their question answered by the virtual agent they are asked "Did this resolve your issue?" and if Yes is chosen they are asked  "How would you rate your support experience?" and offered a drop down for the CSAT rating. However the only selection available in the drop down is for "5-very good."

Can someone please let me know how I get the other ratings to display in this drop down for the Virtual Agent? Or is this a known issue?  It kind of looks like the rest of the options are being hidden behind the "Enter your response" section.

Hi @Nicholas Goad _Ricoh_ ,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community.

Are you using the default CSAT functionality, or did you build your own form? I presume you are using the default. 

Looking at the screenshot, I think you might be right and it looks like the other options are hidden behind the comment field.

I would recommend to create a ticket at Atlassian support ticket for this.
