We are trying to implement Customer Success Management Center. It is a place where clients can create and assign requests.
Please allow me a question:
We would like to have the flow: clients create request > all the CSM team (5emails) receive the request. The issue here that atm only one person receives it - the person who is specified under the 'Default assignee' field. The screenshot.
How to assign more people?

I would create a group with all the agents in the projects inside it. Then you can create a simple automation so when a new ticket is created it emails everyone in the group.
