A jira user (Elena) has opened a ticket by sending an email to support.
It appears this ticket is now auto-created multiple times (still creates new issues)..
I have checked the automations and there seems to be no particular automation that should stop the correct flow:
I have tested it with other users and it seems that the problem is only present for the specific user.
Can you help us with that?

Hi,
Can you look if there is no postfunction in the issue workflow. Also look which user created the new issue may be it's a technical account or a addon account and can give you some leads.

It seems the problem was temporary because everything is working fine now.
