We are redirecting several inbound accounts using Default routing in Google Suite. It's working fine, and all emails to theese internal addresses are sent to atlassian creating an Issue.
If I sent an email to any of theese addresses from the email address of an Admin the Request Participans field is completed successfully and the new Customer is added both using the original email To.
But when the mail is from a different address, the Request Participants is empty and the Customer is not created.
We need to use the original "mail to" the message was sent into the issue.
Solved!
The problem was with the Customer permissions, the situation is solved ussing the second option from Customer sharing.
