JIRA Automation Email redirecting issue

Using this reference link <a href="{{issue.url}}">View Request</a>, the customer is supposed to be redirected to the Customer Portal, but what happens is the user is taken to the Agent Portal when they click the link.

For customer portal use: "{{issue.url.customer}}".
