Hi everyone,
I create JIRA Form for portal customer, and all fields in Form linked to Custom Fields. For example fields "Issue Request" (this is custom fields and linked to jira form).
When I create ticket from portal and choose Issue Request is Request. Why this automation doesn't run?
in Audit log, for condition in Issue Request is not match condition
This automation was previously running, and now it is not running. (I have not made any changes to the automation or fields and forms)
please i need your suggestion
