JIRA Project Schedular Permission

Looking for some help..

We have recently moved from 8.1.0 to 8.12 datacenter and everything seems to have gone well enough.

We use the 'Schedular' option on projects to plan work.

The option remains on all projects apart from one, permissions all seem to be there and workflow/schema appears the same. Just cannot understand where the option to transition the job has disappeared.

Please if anyone has ideas on what can be checked please let me know.

Have you checked the Validators and Conditions in the Workflow ? Maybe something was suppressed in the process.

Yes that is what we are currently looking at, potentially we think something has gone wrong or needs updating with an app installed to complete the validations and conditions.

Updating all the apps tonight to see if that resolves it, if not will be digging through the logs tomorrow :-)
