JIRA Service Desk automating Approvals based from initiating Team

Scenario 1:

Change Request is created by a customer and filled up initiating Division field as "Team A", after filling-up the necessary fields, he will manually change the status to "Ready for Sanity Check" . then the Work Flow will automatically set the status to ‘Pending Sanity Check’ and automatically send a change request email notification to Team A's sign-off managers. Only 1 approval needed.

After one of the Team A's manager done approving the Sanity Checking, he will change the status to "Ready for Approval", the Work Flow will automatically send email notification to Team B's and Team C's  sign-off managers for the Final Approval. Only 2 approvals needed, one from Team B's and Team C's sign-off managers.

Scenario 2:

If the Initiating Division is Team B, then the Work Flow will automatically send a change request email notification to Team B's sign-off managers as a Sanity Checker.

After one of the Team B's manager done approving the Sanity Checking, the Work Flow will automatically send email notification to Team A's and Team C's  sign-off managers for the Final Approval. Only 2 approvals needed, one from Team A's and Team C's sign-off managers.

 

Question:

Is there a way to automate this sending email notifications for approval that would satisfy these two scenarios above, basically the required approvals are depending on the Initiating Division?

Note: Initiating Division is either Team A or Team B only.
