We have recently implemented Service desk for our JIRA cloud.
In that we want to provide a portal access to the particular domain. How we can implement this.
Does anyone have any experience with this type of request?

When we open a project to allow customers to create their own accounts, currently, it's not possible to restrict this option for specific domains.
An open project will allow anyone to create accounts as customers.
There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
