In the JIRA widget, the search widget is kind of clunky as you need to provide a list of terms to the user that exposes all of the request types. It seems like a pull down list of request types would be more useful assuming you have knowledgebase search turned off. Am I missing something here?

At present, the widget enables users to search for the appropriate request types and knowledge base articles. However, customers do not have the option to browse through all available request types to submit a request. Let me share the feature request we have concerning this topic with you.
