JIra Assets importing permission

Hi, we have restricted our JIra assets schema using the roles.

I am wanting some of the team to be able to impact assets only on certain objects.

I provided them with manager access on those object however still could not find the import button.

Top level schema they have read access then manager access on certain objects

These users require at least the Developer role on the schema level.
