JIra Service Desk 'Due Date' field does NOT display Time i.e. no 'Due Time'.
I want my users to be able to submit a request and set BOTH a 'Due Date' and 'Due time' - ideally in the ONE field but worst case as two separate fields.
Why doesn't Jira Service Desk have this 'out of the box' ? How is it working out SLA's if you can't set or display time ?
