Hi @Jhael Gomez ,

You use JQL to help associate your SLA goals. Below is an example. As you can see in the circled area this is where you enter your JQL. So all you need to do is establish the actual JQL that meets your needs. From your post I can't really discern what it would look like. You seem to be saying that you want to test a certain field with certain values. Below is an example of something like that.

"my field" in (aaa, ddd, zzz)
