HI all,
JSD Queues UI shows blank screen even though the queue query is valid and shows issues when I use the same query in "Search for Issues" tab.
This behavior is random as some users can see Queue results while some cannot
Any particular reason why Jira service desk is showing this behavior.

As per your description, it seems that you might have a reindex issue. For us to be sure about it, we would strongly recommend running a full reindexing and seeing if the issue persists.
