JSD : Ticket Assigned date for different Teams (L1, L2).

Can we check on which date ticket has been assigned to each team (L1 and L2)?
We have 2 assignment groups; 1 for L1 and another for L2. Say : India L1 Team, India L2 Team.

Suppose L1 team deals with ticket on 1st Sep and transfers the ticket to L2 team on 5th. So we need Assigned date of both teams for that Tickets via query.

Assigned Date to L1 : 1st Sep.

Assigned Date to L2 : 5th Sep.

You can use the history for that but if you really want to query on that, i think the best way to achieve this is to add an extra custom field and populate that with the date you assigned the ticket to L1 and another one for L2.
