JSM Assets - Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Beta Integration (API permission configuration Error)

Hi,

After following the app integration documentation to bring AD data into Jira Assets, I got an error when inserting the keys.

Is the application working normally? Could this error be related to some configuration in Azure?

I haven't tried this integration before, and as the docs say, it's still kinda under development.

I would recommend reaching out to Atlassian Support related to this issue as you might need to provide some additional (potentially sensitive) info and, as this is a public forum, it might not be the best place to do so.

Anyway, if you find the root cause and it's not something confidential, I would ask you to share the root cause and resolution here as it might help other community members if they stumble upon the same or similar issue.

I also 100% agreed with Tomislav response.  You should always contact Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com), so they can access your site's backend systems logs to further investigate/assist your specific ask.
