JSM Email Template CSS Classes

I've modified my customer notification templates, but I'm stumped on the approve/decline buttons (see below).  What are the classes for these buttons? They aren't effected by .button

Thank you, but that doesn't address my question. I'm looking explicitly for the CSS class(es) for those two buttons, not looking to add custom fields.

To be clear, I'm already using automation as a workaround for this. But it's exactly that, a workaround. I'm hoping someone here knows what the CSS classes are, since I can't seem to find them.
