Hi, does JSM also have placeholder field like freshservice? If yes, where could find it? I'm trying to create a workflow with okta and JSM.

If so, you can use the Automation and "smart values"

I don't know if everyone is familiar with what a placeholder field in Freshservice does in order to give you advice. Could you describe what you would like to accomplish with your request form and then workflow?
