Our JSM project is connected to Slack workspace and we have a separate channel for incidents (#incident-management-p1).
I'm looking, When ever user created a incident then automatically post the incident in particular slack channel (#incident-management-p1).
I don't want to create new channel for every incident.
I' already configured "Jira Service Management ChatOps" addon in Slack.

Hello @Chandra Mouli Bollareddy - I think you just need to start a new connection in the slack integration add on in the project itself. So just go to "Slack Integration" in your project settings and then set a connection that will fire only when a new issue has been created. You can even filter the issues by using a jql and select "created" in issue is field.
Let me know if you are able to create that.

Hello @Chandra Mouli Bollareddy - Do you see something like this in your project sidebar? This will allow you to set a new connection. It should be under - apps if you have it installed.
If you don't see this then you would have to add the integration from using these steps - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/integrate-with-slack/

@Chandra Mouli Bollareddy - I don't think you can automate that process. You might be able to create a new channel for an incident using an automated process - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/create-a-chat-channel-from-an-incident/
