I have activated board feature in my service management project but when I create any subtask it appears as a new ticket on the board, how can change the setting to hide the subtask and show only standard issue types only.
You can't hide them. I would do as @Jack Brickey very well suggested. Keep in mind that board in JSM is a very half-baked feature imo. In very early stages of development.

you can create a Quick filter to hide subtasks.
