JSM create custom domain error, url is invalid

Hi,

I want to configure custom domains beta feature in my private jira instance.

But... I have got an error while configure process, which is URL is invalid and thats it, no further information.

Someone knows what can cause this error or where can I get more logs?

I would reach out to Atlassian with this issue that is occurring on your instance

They can see logging on their end, on cloud you are not able to see the backend configuration of your instance
