So i have a few users who do not see any of the ticket request selections in the Jira integration app for Teams from yasoon.
They can see it perfectly fine via the web browser and when they check it in Teams it kind off loads too but the selection buttons do not come up.
I tried to empty Teams cache, reset the Teams app, reinstalled teams.
I only have 3 users at the moment so for the majority it just works like it should.
Also when the user clicks on My Requests it does show up perfectly but when they click on that page New Request it loads back to the empty screen.
The problem has been resolved.
Users needed to have specific product access in order to see everything in the Jira Teams app.
